These terms govern use of the El Safir website and requests for information about furniture-moving services. By using the site, you accept these terms to the extent permitted by law.
Service scope
We handle complete furniture moves that must start in Greater Cairo, Giza, or 6 October City. Delivery may be within the same origin area or to another governorate in Egypt. We do not collect from an origin outside the service area, move between two outside governorates, transport a single item, or provide international shipping.
Enquiries and agreements
Website information is general and is not a binding quotation. Acceptance, price, date, labour, vehicle, and packing arrangements are confirmed only after the details of a move are reviewed directly by phone or WhatsApp. The website does not take bookings or payments.
Accuracy of information
You should provide accurate and complete information about the pickup and delivery locations, furniture volume, access conditions, and dates. An assessment or price may change if actual conditions differ from the information supplied.
Content and images
Website text, images, and visual elements explain the service and may be illustrative. A particular image does not promise a specific vehicle, packing material, or crew size unless that item is expressly confirmed in the agreement.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse, disrupt, or unlawfully copy the website, its brand, or its content. Rights in the El Safir name, website design, and content remain with their respective owners.
External services
The website may open third-party services such as WhatsApp or your phone application. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or charges of those services.
Liability
We take reasonable care to keep the website accurate and available, but interruptions or errors may occur. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Responsibilities relating to an actual move depend on the confirmed agreement, circumstances of performance, and applicable law.

We may update these terms when the service changes. The relationship is governed by the applicable laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
