When you browse the website
The website serves static pages and content. Hosting services may process technical data needed to operate and protect the site, such as an internet address, request time and requested page. This is separate from the move details you enter into the draft.
A temporary draft in your browser
Move details are prepared locally in your browser. The browser session keeps a temporary draft so you can go back, edit and switch languages without re-entering the information. The draft expires 30 minutes after its last update, and you can use the clear-draft control in the estimate flow.
The website does not use long-term storage for move details or save them as a request on an intake server. Names, contact numbers and notes are not added to website page addresses or its logs. Your name is optional; this flow does not ask for a contact number or a full address.
What you choose to transfer to WhatsApp
The review step displays the details before you continue. When you choose “Open details in WhatsApp”, the visible summary is transferred to WhatsApp for you to review and send yourself. WhatsApp use is subject to its own policies; opening the conversation alone does not prove a message was sent or received by El Safir.
The website cannot confirm that a message was read or a call completed. Opening WhatsApp does not clear the draft; you can return to edit, copy or clear it.
Photos and private information
The website does not upload photos to its servers or automatically attach them to a WhatsApp message. If you choose to share images, attach them yourself in the conversation and check that they do not reveal documents, faces or private details unnecessary for discussing the move.
Measurement and external services
No external analytics or advertising tools are currently enabled on the website. Move details, names, phone numbers and notes are not sent to an analytics or advertising service. Opening WhatsApp is your choice to move to an external service, and the summary is shared only when you choose that step.
Your controls and questions
Review the summary and remove anything you do not want to share before opening WhatsApp. You can clear the draft or choose a direct call instead. For questions about details you have shared with El Safir, use the contact options on the contact page.
